Plot synopsis: Quarks? Raw, unfiltered footage. No format, no formatting. No limits, no taboos. A way of approaching reporting that begins precisely where television cuts out, exploring offbeat, marginal, subcultural, or extreme worlds with plenty of humor, irony, and a deliberately provocative tone, while maintaining an investigative character.
