Plot synopsis: Based on the montage of excerpts from the Luce newsreels, from the March on Rome to the entry into the war, with commentary by Giorgio Bassani, Fascista favors the "cut out and mystified, ridiculous, sinister" relationship between Mussolini and his cheering subjects, underlining the importance of the oratory style of the Duce in his relationship with the masses.
