Plot synopsis: For actor, model, and filmmaker-biologist Isabella Rossellini, animals have always been a source of both joy and deep fascination—whether it’s the dogs who have been her lifelong companions, the animals she raises on her farm, or the insects and marine life she studies in her second career as a researcher of animal behavior. In this witty and delightfully unpredictable documentary, Rossellini invites viewers to join her on a day out in New York City, where animals—from the microscopic mites that live on her eyelashes to the rats that populate the subways—are never far from her endlessly curious mind.
