Plot synopsis: Every cloud has a silver lining and Aarohanam showcases the brighter side of a mental disorder, along with all the trials and turbulence of such a life. In an age where the morbidity of poverty has been vehemently publicized, this film strives to unassumingly uncover the true essence of Indian culture while offering a raw and intimate experience of family and community life in the Indian slums.
